Welcome! Whether you’re considering a visit or have already spent a few weekends with us, we’re glad that you’re here. We understand that attending a service for the first time can feel unfamiliar, so our goal is to make your visit as easy as possible and provide you with a glimpse of what to expect.
It depends on the week. On Fellowship Weeks (most Sundays), our English worship service runs 2:00–4:00 PM. On Joint Weeks – the first Sunday of the month – we join the whole Pingstkyrkan Lund congregation at 11:00 AM, with live English translation available.
A service consists of music and singing, testimony and prayer, Bible reading, and a sermon, with lyrics projected on screen so you can follow along easily. Whether it’s a Fellowship Week or Joint Week Sunday, the format is designed to be easy to follow even on your first visit.
We’re glad to welcome the young ones. Sundays include a program tailor-made for children, running alongside the main service, and during midweek services we also engage children with supervised activities. Volunteers bring kids into Bible stories, music, songs, drama, and play.
Everyone is invited upstairs for fika — drinks, snacks, and sometimes a light meal. We’d love to exchange a few words with you if you’re not in a hurry; it’s the easiest way to feel part of the community.
No – a voluntary collection supports church activities and missionary work, most commonly given by Swish or bank transfer, but there’s no expectation to give as a visitor. Just come, join in, and see what it’s like.
We are at Stora Södergatan 25, in the center of Lund, just a short walk from Stortorget. You can easily reach us by taking the bus directly to the Lund Katedralskolan stop right in front of our entrance, or via a 10-minute walk from Lund Central Station. If you are driving, there are several paid parking options close to Stora Södergatan.
Just look for the “Pingstkyrkan” inscription on the building.
A volunteer will be on hand to welcome you the moment you enter. Just introduce yourself as a first-time visitor, and they’ll act as your personal host -showing you around, answering questions, and helping with anything you need.
